April Court is a 17bedroom residential home providing care and support for adults with learning disabilities. Were looking for a dedicated PartTime Cook to help make a real difference in our residents daily lives.
We canbe flexible whether you prefer to work during the morning or the afternoon we can accommodate what suits you best in line with the needs of the home.
We do require one main cooked meal to be prepared each day from Sunday to Thursday. Meals will be prepared for either a 12:30pm or 5pm service depending on your chosen rota pattern.
About the Role:
Youll work in a wellused kitchen; this is a lone working position. You will ensure that you work with a personcentred approach ensuring that the independence rights and choices of our residents are promoted. You will be preparing fresh homecooked meals each day. We pride ourselves on offering healthy tasty food made from scratch.

The interview process will include a skillsbased cooking assessment and a formal interview.
