Job Description
Are you passionate about developing longterm relationships with your patients and providing teambased care
Our Internal Medicine team at 426 Michigan Street is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their busy practice. The office is comprised of 4 physicians and 4 APPs. The clinic is open 7a7p Monday Thursday and 7a5p on Fridays.
Teambased care includes care management psychology and clinical assistants. Additional services offered within the facility include a Walk in Clinic Laboratory Occupational Health and a Family Medicine office.
Qualifications
Physician Assistant:
Required Masters Degree Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program
LICPhysician Assistant State of Michigan
CRTPhysician Asst Certified (PAC) NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
CRTBasic Life Support (BLS)
CRTPediatric Adv Life Support (PALS)
CRTNeonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
Nurse Practitioner
Required Masters Degree Nurse Practitioners who obtained their education and certification after 2000 must show evidence of completion of a masters postmasters or doctorate from a Nurse Practitioner program that is accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission
3 years of relevant experience current relevant clinical experience Required
Previous experience functioning in a collaborative role Required
Experience as a Nurse Practictioner Preferred
