A member of our Member Services Department is responsible for assisting the team by delivering bestinclass customer support to Courthouse members and prospects from the Salem Keizer community. You will be responsible for effectively diagnosing members and prospects needs by phone chat or email.
Responsibilities
- Promote the culture values and mission of Courthouse Club Fitness
- Collaborate with other Member Service Representatives to make every member situation have a successful resolution
- Successfully resolve complex member needs
- Handles membership and account inquiry changes
- Work on projects to enhance team operations
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented mindset
- Good time management skills
- Demonstrate an aptitude for basic computer skills and the ability to learn and use clubspecific software.
- Ability to actively listen understand and summarize with clarity and simplicity.
- Selfmotivated; independent organized and proactive; highly responsive flexible and adaptable.
- Track record of exceptional problemsolving and conflict resolution.
- Use diplomacy and tact to mediate hightension situations.
- Attend class or training formats from time to time with the entire team.
