Position Type: Locum Temporary
Hourly Rate: $225/hour with guaranteed hours
Contract Duration: Minimum 3 months
Supervision: Medical supervision

Job Description:
A Private Practice Anesthesia Group is located in the vibrant community of Virginia Beach Virginia and is currently seeking dedicated and experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a team on a locum basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable anesthesia group in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patient vital signs during surgical obstetrical and other medical procedures.
- Perform preanesthetic assessments and develop anesthesia care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Provide postanesthetic care including pain management and monitoring for complications.
- Collaborate with surgeons physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advancements in anesthesia practice.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
- Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and licensure in the state of Virginia.
- Experienced CRNAs are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including rotating holidays as required.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
- Dedication to providing compassionate and highquality patient care.
