Department:Inpatient Physical Therapy
Schedule: 8:00a 4:30p; SunThurs or TuesSat
Facility: Prime Healthcare Saint Joseph Hospital
Location: Elgin IL

Qualifications
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE TRAINING
1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Occupational Therapy.
2. Current state Occupational Therapy certification/license.
3. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate.
4. National Board for Certification Occupational Therapy certification AOTA and OTAC preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role which includes estimated wages benefits and other forms of compensation is $34.85 to $50.47. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire in which a wide range of factors will be considered including but not limited to skillset years of applicable experience education credentials and licensure.
