Job Description
Since 2016 TRex Solutions (TRex) has been supporting large scale hybridcloud migrations and systems modernization to include the successful deployment of the firstever online U.S. Census in 2020. TRex is actively expanding its IT Modernization services within the Federal Civilian market specifically supporting the IRSs strategic priorities.
TRex is seeking a Cloud Security Administrator to support the transformation and administration of resilient secure cloud environments for the IRS. All work is performed onsite in Washington DC.
Responsibilities:
- Support the design implementation and management of secure cloud architectures in an Azure environment.
- Utilize extensive system administration experience to ensure seamless operations and high availability of cloud O365 and Azure VDI services.
- Apply security administration expertise to manage identity and access management (IAM) implement network security policies and monitor compliance with security frameworks.
- Leverage scripting skills (e.g. Python Bash PowerShell) to automate tasks enhance system efficiencies and orchestrate complex workflows.

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines the annual base salary range for this position is $115000 $135000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. TRex considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position candidates work experience education/training key skills internal peer equity as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
