Job Description
JOB TITLE Screen Printer
REPORTS TO Sales & Production Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate orders according to established schedules
Verify that all materials are available and properly prepared based on order requirements
Set up and operate printing presses making necessary adjustments for optimal performance
Mix ink according to the Pantone Colour System
Maintain and track inventory of supplies within the department
Collaborate with production teams to achieve customer satisfaction generate revenue and align with the companys longterm goals and values
Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction product quality and ontime delivery
Ensure that all safety practices are implemented and followed
Use and maintain equipment to keep it in good working order
Participate in production meetings and collaborate on orders when needed
Maintain and clean equipment to ensure a safe and organized workspace
Assist in training personnel when assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Excellent computer skills
Solve problems creatively while demonstrating high integrity
Efficient and demonstrates attention to detail
Selfmotivated and goalorientated
Lift up to 50lbs
Stand up to seven hours or more per shift with frequent bending and twisting
