Carrier Rental Systems is seeking a motivated energetic customerfocused individual to join the organization as a HVAC Technician to support our Arlington/Dallas Rentals Depot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivertroubleshoot and clean HVACrentalequipment and related products including but not limited to aircooled and watercooled systems up to 1000 tons and Hot water boilers up to 200 hp.
- Maintain service and install rental systems on commercial Industrial and residential jobs.
- Maintain accurate field service reports including refrigerant tracking and timekeeping logs.
- Regular use of power tools hand tools and other mechanical equipment to service and repair rental systems as needed.
- Operate equipment vehicles including forklifts.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Communicate professionally with coworkers subcontractors and customers.
- Perform other duties to support the business as needed including inventory count general maintenance cleaning lifting and organizing.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid Drivers License
- EPA 608 Universal license
- 3 years of Commercial HVAC experience including servicing troubleshooting and cleaning heating and cooling equipment.
- HVAC and Chiller experience
- 1 year experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or HVAC technical certification
- HVAC Rentals experience
- Forklift Certification or the ability to obtain one with Carrier vendor
