Description:The Title 1 Teacher is responsible for providing targeted instructional support to eligible students in reading and mathematics as identified through assessment data and Title 1 program criteria. This position focuses on helping students achieve academic success by delivering highquality evidencebased interventions and collaborating with classroom teachers support staff and families to support student Summary:Plan and deliver targeted reading and math instruction to small groups of students or on a oneonone datadriven instructional strategies and interventions to meet the diverse needs of with classroom teachers to support curriculum alignment and ensure instructional student progress through formative and summative assessments; maintain accurate records of student regularly with parents teachers and administrators regarding student progress and program in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) and staff meetings to support schoolwide goals and to federal state and local Title 1 program :Required:Valid New Hampshire Teaching Certification with appropriate endorsement(s) in Elementary Education or Reading/Math experience in providing instructional interventions in reading and/or understanding of Title 1 regulations guidelines and compliance :Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds and varying academic with evidencebased intervention programs and progress monitoring communication collaboration and organizational Conditions:Fulltime position within Richards School serving students in grades works with students in small group or oneonone settings both within and outside the regular classroom with colleagues administrators and families to support student growth and in schoolwide initiatives and professional development Procedure:Apply Online: Complete the online application through the Newport School Districts employment portal.
