Although located atthe Bowling Green Corporate Office this is a Hybrid position which combines both in office and offsite work. Associates are required to work at least three days in the office each week but also have the flexibility to work offsite.
BASIC PURPOSE:
The purpose of this position is to provide clerical support to SEWS International Material Data System (IMDS)/EndofLife Vehicles (ELV)/Substance of Concern (SoC) activities including data input into the IMDS website researching Bill of Material (BOM data to support preparation of IMDS reports as well as contacting suppliers to request and follow up on their submission of IMDS data. In addition this position is responsible to communicate with customers regarding submissions for review.
