LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules blue prints schematics operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before small groups of employees.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form.

SUPERVISION GIVEN: Facilities Support
Bachelor degree preferably in a related field with five years related work experience; or industry related certifications with seven years related work experience is required.
Three years supervisory experience is required.
Must be able and willing to travel.
Must be able to work flexible hours.
Familiar with building plumbing fire and electrical codes.
Ability to plan and estimate time and materials
Must have the ability to read blue prints and schematics.
Must have experience in construction and public works projects.
Must have experience in working with local zoning administrators and permit authorities.
Must have excellent communication management and organizational skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office products.
Project management experience preferred.
Experience with Indianas public bidding process preferred.
Positivity creativity flexibility in working schedule. (Ability to work days and some evenings) focused on student support and success
