Job Description
Bettenhausen Automotive is looking for talented and outgoing Sales Managers to join our sales teams in Orland Park and Tinley Park.
Join our team to work the best hours in the business (closing at 7pm MThurs. and 6pm on Friday & Saturdays! our sales managers work with the customer from A to Z throughout their entire purchase. This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales associate to grow your skills and continue learning!

Job Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with customers answer questions demonstrate vehicle features and create a positive customer experience.
- Complete training regarding the product line. (Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram)
- Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models
- Create the best vehiclebuying experience to make lifelong customers
- Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals
- Complete quotes return email/voicemail other administrative functions to include running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork
- Support online customers through our BDC office
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate has a sales background or is a hardworking professional looking to make a career change:
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills

- Automotive sales experience is not necessary
