Job Description
Our client is a fastgrowingdataanalyticsandAIstartup. This is a hybrid role and we are looking for someone local or willing to relocate to Burlington Ontario.
As their Engineering Manager based in Burlington Ontario you will manage a team of around 10 Engineers. And while we are looking for someone technical who can perform basic things like Code Reviews we are equally looking for someone who balances technical prowess with the ability to manage the overall Product / Software Development process.
Responsibilities
- 30 Product Owner shepherding the SDLC and 70 Engineering Manager
- Leadingmentoringanddevelopingateamoffullstackengineers.
- Settingteamgoalsprioritiesandperformanceexpectations.
- Conductingperformancereviewsprovidingfeedbackandsupportingcareergrowth.
Theyareprettycuttingedgeacrosstheboard and are aligned with leading data trends in Databricks / Spark for example and with a very advanced CI / CD infrastructure via Helm and Karpenter.
