Job Description
Ray Laethem Buick GMC is looking to hire a Coster for our office. We are looking for a candidatewith prior automotive office experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cost all new and used vehicle deals
- Report deliveries and certified units
- Assist sales department with receipts and pulling books and keys
- File and organize new vehicle books and keys
- Back up CVR clerk and title clerk
- Calculate sales commissions
- Maintain spreadsheets through Excel
- Assist with Schedule Maintenance
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good verbal typing and written skills
- Self motivation
- Excellent organizational skills
- Professional personal appearance
- Dealership experience is a plus and preferred
