Communitybased University of Iowa Affiliated Family Medicine Residency seeking Assistant Director.
Great mix of full spectrum care faculty rotate inpatient outpatient and obstetrics responsibilities.
Join a team of 5 Board Certified Family Physicians.
Doctorate level pharmacist and psychologist also on the teaching faculty.
18 resident ACGME accredited program.
Academic appointment at University of Iowa and Des Moines University available.
Medical student teaching opportunities.

Close relationship with onsite Internal Medicine Residency & Cardiology/Interventional Cardiology Fellowship programs
This role is involved in the administration supervision and patient care activities pursuant to the education of the family medicine residents
Requirements include:
Minimum of an M.D. or D.O. degree from an approved medical school
Completion of an ACGME accredited family medicine residency
Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Family Medicine
13 years of experience is preferred but not required
Experience in graduate medical education is preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to effectively deal with a broad range of people and personalities

Guaranteed salary of $267407/year
Up to $15000 in moving allowance
