Job Description
Pay Grade/Pay Range:Minimum: $16.63 Midpoint: $19.95 (Hourly N3
Department/Organization:204411 Biological Sciences
Normal Work Schedule:Monday Friday 8:00am to 4:45pm
Job Summary:The Research Technician uses fundamental concepts practices and procedures of a particular field of specialization to perform varied scientific research tasks of moderate complexity requiring application and adaptation of established techniques procedures and criteria.
Required Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or GED and four 4 years of research support experience; OR associates degree and two 2 years of research support experience; OR bachelors degree and some research support experience.
Preferred Qualifications:Masters degree in Biology Engineering or related field.
