Job Description
Position Summary:
Blue Acorn iCi is looking for an AEM Project Manager who will be primarily responsible for quality onbudget and onschedule delivery of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) technology solutions. This position will be onsite in the Stamford CT area. Areas of responsibility include project schedule variance project financials project success project scope variance project team utilization and consistent high level of client satisfaction. We are looking for someone who is professional reliable and pays attention to detail. Most importantly we seek a team player with the ability to accomplish results as a team leader and as an individual contributor.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand complexities of a large program and provide guidance for the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development teams.
- Establish common goals across multiple teams and define useful metrics and reporting to track team performance.
- Manage milestones across multiple teams
- Lead teams of engineers through the completion of all phases of the project
- Creates maintains and executes detailed project plans
- Coordinates tasks assignment monitors progress and ensures proper task completion
- Identifies resources needed and collaborates with Resource Management to ensure optimal project staffing
- Ensures clients business objectives and KPIs are captured understood and measurable
- Identify communicate and define mitigation strategies for risks and issues internally and externally
- Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
- Identify and aid implementation of improvements within the project management department
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years of technical project management experience preferably within a consulting firm
- Experience working on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects is a must
- Experience managing complex projects with budgets and timelines in excess of $1M and 6 months
- Experience in a clientfacing role as the main point of contact
- Experience coordinating encouraging and motivating internal teams
- Experience in and a high comfort level with a fastpaced deadlinedriven culture
- Comfortable with complex conversations both with the client and with internal teams
- Able to dive into the details and organize/mobilize tracks of work while maintaining timeline scope and budget.
- Able to drive and partner with internal team leadership to bring the project to a successful conclusion
- An understanding of industry trends development principles and project methodologies
- Experience with Global Delivery Model is preferred
- Flexibility to travel
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
PREFERRED SKILLS & TECHNOLOGIES:
- PMP Certification
- Scrum/Agile Methodology
