Busy practice with instant volume
Join 7 Physicians & 1 PA
Traditional outpatient family medicine
Minimal call phone only 1/9 rotation)
$100000 signon bonus!
Highly competitive compensation package $290000 base salary full benefits package including health/dental/vision/disability generous PTO package employer retirement match programs $4000 CME credit/year and paid malpractice and tail coverage. Benefits start day 1 of employment.
Up to $15000 in moving allowance
Forest Park Clinic is located adjacent to MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center Mason City a 342bed regional referral teaching hospital named Top 100 Hospital nationally easy access to all specialists lab radiology pharmacy and many other services

QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required. Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible. Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical CenterNorth Iowa medical staff privileges. Above average communication skills. Ability to work with a team. Licensed or eligible for State of Iowaphysician license;Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
