JOB TITLE: Lighthouse Overnight Resident Coordinator (FullTime)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Resident Coordinator works out of the Lighthouse Transitional Living Program in West Los Angeles. Lighthouse TLP is a housing first lowbarrier high tolerance program providing housing and comprehensive services to youth ages 1824 who are experiencing housing instability. The Resident Coordinator is responsible for oversight and safety of the property and residents. This includes but is not limited to monitoring and maintaining cleanliness of the site and living spaces carrying out daytoday safety protocols responding and deescalating crises conflict management among residents and promoting a holistic approach to the wellness of our residents. This position requires some driving and lifting.

Mandated Reporting Requirements: The person holding this position is considered a mandated reporter under the California Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act and is required to comply with the requirements set forth in CSU Executive Order 1083 Revised July 21 2017 as a condition of employment.
COVID19 Vaccination Requirements: Effective August 9 2021 the State Health Officer has mandated that all workers paid or unpaid in homeless services organizations must provide proof of vaccination. If eligible for a booster shot proof of booster is also required. If not fully vaccinated weekly COVID19 testing is necessary depending on the program.
