FullTime Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Are you a compassionate and skilled LPN seeking a fulfilling career Millennium Home Care a leading provider of inhome healthcare services is looking for a dedicated fulltime LPN to join our team. We offer competitive pay comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Provide highquality nursing care including administering medications wound care and vital sign monitoring.
  • Clinical Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Medication Administration: Accurately administer medications and educate patients on their medication regimen.
  • Treatment Implementation: Implement prescribed treatments such as IV therapy and catheter care.
  • Patient Education: Provide patient and family education on disease management prevention and selfcare.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care assessments and interventions.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with physicians therapists and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Infection Control: Adhere to strict infection control guidelines to protect both patients and healthcare workers.
  • Emotional Support: Offer emotional support and compassion to patients and their families during challenging times.

Requirements:

  • Licensure: Current and valid LPN license in the state of Florida.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience as an LPN in a hospital or skilled nursing facility.
  • Skills: Excellent communication interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
  • Professionalism: Strong work ethic reliability and a commitment to providing quality care.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.
