The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) serves as a member of the school staff supporting and facilitating the behavioral growth and development of students at school. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) works with a caseload of students in kindergarten through sixth grade with primary responsibilities pertaining to completing behavioral assessments developing and implementing behavior support plans and interventions and management of inschool behavior by providing consultation coaching and training to Manville staff. Essential duties:Complete functional behavior assessments as neededDevelop appropriate schoolbased behavioral interventions and behavior support plans for students Provide training and coaching for staff implementing behavioral interventions Provide behavioral consultation to interdisciplinary student teams Collect analyze and share behavioral data Contribute to professional learning of colleagues by providing training and coaching on evidencebased practicesActively participate in classroom meetings case conferences IEP meetings and staff trainingsProvide crisis intervention and support Support staff pursuing licensure within the field of ABA in accruing fieldwork hours and experience QualificationsEducation:Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Special Education or related fieldExperience:Minimum of 1 years working with children Current licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Training:Familiarity with positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS) and multitiered systems of support (MTSS) preferred (Cover letter and a recent resume required for consideration.
