Um eine Druckmaschine unserer verschiedenen Baureihen zu montieren mssen alle Komponenten zeitgleich in der Endmontage vorhanden sein alle vorgelagerten Prozesse sollten perfekt diesem Umfeld bieten wir immer wieder Projektaufgaben an um Montage Logistik und Digitalisierungsprozesse oder Komponenten der Druckmaschine zu optimieren Durchlaufzeiten zu senken und Kosten einzusparen. Es knnen dabei verschiedene Methoden des Lean Managements der Wertstromanalyse o.. zum Einsatz kommen die Abstimmung mit unterschiedlichen Bereichen innerhalb dieser Prozesse ist Arbeit richtet sich insbesondere an Studenten/innen der Fachrichtungen Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen und Maschinenbau.
