As a Quality Associate youll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards:

Location: AGC Multi Material America Inc. (AMMA) Tempe AZ
Pay:
- 1st Shift 5:00 a.m. 1:30 p.m. $18.00/hr
- 2nd Shift 2:00 p.m. 10:30 p.m. $19.00/hr

Were looking for Quality Associates who are excited to take on challenges grow their skills and help us deliver worldclass products.What Youll Be Doing
As a Quality Associate youll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards:
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
- Document inspection results with accuracy and attention to detail
- Move and transport materials including lifting loads of up to 50 pounds
- Crosstrain across departments as business needs evolve
- Stay safe by completing required OSHA training and passing annual certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment (noise dust fumes)
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physical tasks safely
- Basic English reading writing and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed
- Competitive Pay:
- $18.00/hour for 1st Shift
- $19.00/hour for 2nd Shift

- Exposure to a typical industrial manufacturing environment
- Frequent standing walking and manual material handling
- Ability to climb stairs bend stoop crouch and lift up to 50 lbs
- Visual and auditory ability to ensure workplace safety
