Overview
Position: Physical Therapist Outpatient
Location: 9401 W. Thunderbird Rd Suite 190 Peoria AZ 85381
Incentives: $15000 Signon Bonus and Student Debt Benefit
Schedule: FullTime Monday Friday
Compensation: Salaried starting at $74000 and up commensurate with experience PLUS Signon Bonus and $350/mth Student Debt Benefit

This center is a general outpatient ortho setting with high geriatric population.

Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate treat direct and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues physicians patients family members and thirdparty payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certification
