Think Tell Junction We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Call Center Representative to join our growing team. As a Call Center Representative you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive topnotch service and support. This position offers a unique opportunity to interact with a diverse range of clients while providing solutions to their inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and promptly
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
- Assist with order processing billing inquiries and account management
- Collaborate with team members to improve the efficiency of operations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications preferred
- Proven experience in a customer service role preferably in a call center environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications
