Perform seasonal HVAC system tuneups safety checks and inspections
Educate homeowners on system health and maintenance best practices
Identify potential system issues and offer repair or replacement leads to senior techs or advisors
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners about what you find
Log detailed notes and job outcomes through ServiceTitan (tablet provided)
Support 5star client experience and contribute to repeat service relationships

What You Bring:
2 years of residential HVAC experience (tuneups PMs system evaluations)
EPA Certification (Type II preferred)
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar software
Valid drivers license clean driving record
Clean professional appearance and clientfirst mindset
