HOTEL NIGHT AUDITOR $15/HR OVERNIGHT SHIFT
Are you a night owl who enjoys helping others and keeping things organized Were hiring a Hotel Night Auditor in Albany OR! If you thrive in calm latenight environments and enjoy providing excellent service this could be the perfect role for you.
As a Night Auditor youll wear multiple hatshandling guest checkins balancing accounts and supporting any latenight guest needs. Its a great opportunity to gain hospitality experience in a quiet professional setting.
JOB DETAILS
Check guests in and out during overnight hours
Handle room assignments and changes as needed
Process payments via cash card or other methods
Respond to guest requests for items such as towels toiletries or directions
Offer local recommendations for food services and attractions
Answer phones and assist with reservations and cancellations
Balance and reconcile guest accounts at the end of each shift
Ensure a friendly and secure atmosphere throughout the hotel
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
Reliable with strong attention to detail
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Comfortable working independently overnight
Basic computer and math skills required
Previous hotel or front desk experience is a plus
SCHEDULE:
Overnight / Night Audit Shift
Must have availability for overnight hours (parttime or fulltime depending on hotel needs)
