Social Media Coordinator

The Role: As a Social Media Coordinator you will spreadhead our social media marketing efforts across Toronto and Miami focusing on content creation social media management and campaign development. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance our brand presence on platforms like Instagram TikTok and Pinterest develop engaging and innovative campaigns and manage community interactions. Youll work closely with the Marketing Manager to set clear KPIs measure brand performance and continuously optimize our marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop compelling content for Mint Rooms social media channels primarily Instagram TikTok and Pinterest while maintaining a cohesive and consistent brand voice and visual identity.
• Social Media Management: Manage community interactions including responding to messages and comments. Develop and implement innovative social media campaigns tailored to our audience.
• Campaign Development Assistance: Assist the Marketing Manager in crafting endtoend campaign plans across various marketing channels (Digital Social Site Visual PR Email etc. that align with our global marketing calendar.
• Analytics & Reporting: Continuously analyze and report on brand performance making datadriven recommendations for improvements.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Experience: 2 years of experience in social media management content creation or a similar role.
• Aesthetic Vision: A strong eye for aesthetics and design to ensure our brand is consistently represented beautifully across platforms.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey our brand message effectively and engagingly.
• Attention to Detail: Highly detailoriented and diligent in all taskswhether its doublechecking posts tracking metrics or coordinating logistics. You will be the meticulous eye that catches small errors and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
