En tant quinspecteur (inspectrice) commercial vous jouerez un rle cl dans la vrification et lanalyse des proprits commerciales. Vous devrez inspecter des btiments pour valuer leur tat leur conformit et leurs amliorations tout en collaborant avec des professionnels pour garantir lapplication des normes tablies.

Responsabilits cls

• Raliser des inspections et relevs techniques et qualitatifs des immeubles commerciaux.
• Vrifier les travaux effectus la suite de permis de rnovation ou de nouvelles constructions.
• Examiner ltat des proprits conformment aux exigences lgales tous les neuf ans.
• Effectuer des inspections et enqutes lors de la vente de proprits.
• Raliser les calculs ncessaires lapplication des barmes et des normes tablis.
• Mener des enqutes sur les cots de construction et assurer leur suivi.
• Documenter avec prcision les observations et prparer des rapports dtaills.
• Assurer la conformit avec les normes de construction et les rglements en vigueur.
• Maintenir jour les bases de donnes dvaluation foncire.
• Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes et externes pour optimiser le processus dvaluation.

Qualifications cls

• Diplme en valuation foncire gnie civil architecture ou dessin de btiments.
• Minimum dun an dexprience pertinente dans un domaine connexe aux btiments.
• Connaissance de base en construction commerciale (architecture matriaux et normes).
• Capacit lire et interprter des plans et devis.
• Aisance dans lutilisation doutils informatiques.
• Comptences analytiques et organisationnelles solides.
• Aptitudes pour le travail en quipe et de faon indpendante.
• Permis de conduire valide et accs un vhicule personnel (remboursement des trajets de travail).
