Job Description
The ESolutions Sales Coordinator is responsible for the overall onboarding process from customer contact to HOLTs equipment monitoring systems including Product Link and Vision Link. This positions primary duties include the online activation of equipment maintaining the Vision Link subscriptions and the departments database. In addition this role will provide administrative and Help Desk support.
- KRAs (Key Responsibility Areas):
- Coordinate and process the onboarding of customers equipment using; Universal Customer Identification Tool (UCID) Dealer Maintenance Tool (DMT) Equipment Data (ED) Vision Link I Store and Vision Link Application.
- Prepare and maintain quotes installation schedules coding of SITECH invoices and customer invoicing.
- Review maintainand process the Customer Fleet Trimble bill PL unit and PL Labor review process.
- Maintain the Access database weekly reconciliation of all transactions Rental Fleet group Tier 4 group and ACM Group
- Provide notifications of equipment activations and subscription expiration
- Provide Help desk support for both internal and external customers
License and Certifications:
- Must have a valid driver license
