We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our team! We are looking for motivated and detailoriented individuals who thrive in a dynamic support role. This position plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency through scheduling officer placement documentation and payroll support. We recognize those who strive with ambition and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Supports daytoday operations of the site security teams across multiple locations by assisting with scheduling shift coverage and communication.
- Assists with managing scheduling logistics tracking officer availability coordinating open post coverage and ensuring prompt placement of personnel.
- Ensures compliance with operational standards company policies and client expectations through clear communication and proper documentation.
- Maintains strong client relationships by serving as a support contact for scheduling and operational updates; addresses concerns and staffing needs in realtime.
- Coordinates with management to execute staffing plans maintain performance goals and ensure service expectations are met.
- Reviews and updates post orders and shift documentation; ensures affected personnel are informed and compliant.
- Maintains and submits accurate payroll records; verifies shift logs schedules and timekeeping reports for completeness and accuracy.
- Participates in training counseling and mentoring of field staff to support retention and development; ensures new hires understand shift protocols and documentation processes.
- Supports performance management by tracking attendance communicating shift expectations and escalating issues to site leadership as necessary.
- Aids in access control audits compliance checks and safety documentation as needed.
- Promotes a professional and positive work environment demonstrating Securitas core values of Integrity Vigilance and Helpfulness.
- Identifies opportunities to improve staffing processes and shift coverage contributing to operational efficiency and service excellence.
Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
- Must be reliable accountable punctual and have a strong work ethic
- Previous experience in security scheduling or operations coordination preferred
- Must be comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance and strong attention to detail
- Valid Drivers License and clear driving record required for Driver Certification
