Location: Cleveland OH (Onsite Must work from the office)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $45000 $55000 per year
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Agent you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional service and support. Your primary role will be to handle incoming calls assist with inquiries and address any issues that may arise all while ensuring a positive customer experience.
