Location: Cleveland OH (Onsite Must work from the office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $45000 $55000 per year

Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Agent you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional service and support. Your primary role will be to handle incoming calls assist with inquiries and address any issues that may arise all while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Assist in outbound calls for customer followups or feedback purposes.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and promote best practices.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service preferred.
  • Proven experience as a call center agent or similar customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
  • Ability to listen attentively and empathize with customer needs.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Proficiency in using call center software and basic computer applications.
