Asphalt Raker

Location: Toronto ON
Pay Rate: starting at $30/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday Overtime as needed

Job Description:

We re looking for a highly skilled and experienced Asphalt Raker to join a professional paving crew. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in asphalt work and a strong understanding of proper raking and finishing techniques. Responsibilities:

• Rake and spread hot mix asphalt to achieve smooth even surfaces

• Work alongside the paver and roller operators to ensure a consistent flow and finish

• Monitor asphalt depth slope and grade for accuracy

• Clean and maintain tools and equipment

• Follow site safety protocols and report any hazards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Asphalt Raker

• Indepth knowledge of asphalt paving processes

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

• Steeltoe boots and all required PPE

• Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
