Job Description

Our client is a leading digital marketing agency in the Northern Suburbs. They specialise in delivering datadriven marketing solutions that drive measurable results.

Remuneration: R40kR50k CTC
Location: JHB (Hyde Park area)

Role Overview
Theyre looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the daytoday running of the agency. This is a pivotal role focused on ensuring that teams tools and workflows are aligned to deliver exceptional client work on time and within budget.
You ll work closely with leadership and department heads to improve internal processes optimise resourcing and drive operational excellence across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee agencywide operations ensuring efficient delivery of client work across all departments
  • Own resourcing and capacity planning in collaboration with project managers and department leads
  • Drive process improvements to increase productivity quality and team satisfaction
  • Monitor KPIs related to delivery efficiency and profitability
  • Implement and manage operational tools (e.g. project management time tracking reporting platforms)
  • Lead traffic/resource meetings and maintain a clear view of team workloads and priorities
  • Support onboarding of new team members and ensure consistent application of workflows
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement of tools or services as needed
  • Work closely with finance on budgeting forecasting and cost control
  • Collaborate with leadership on scaling plans hiring needs and team structures

Skills & Experience
  • 4 years of experience in an operations or resource management role within a digital marketing agency
  • Strong understanding of agency workflows across paid media SEO content creative and development
  • Proven experience managing crossfunctional teams and aligning operations to business goals
  • Deep knowledge of project/resource management platforms (e.g. Asana ClickUp Harvest Float Chase etc.
  • Commercial acumen with experience in budgeting forecasting and reporting
  • Excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills
  • Highly organised calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Bonus: experience in change management or scaling agency operations
