- This position is based in Bangkok Thailand.
- However due to location considerations and in support of Flexible Work Arrangements (FWAs) Isentia can accommodate individuals who like to continue being active in the workforce while maintaining a balanced lifestyle that allows some level of flexibility.
- You will be required to work regular working hours in line with regional headquarters however you will also be able to work remotely (HYBRID).
- Highspeed internet connection and being contactable during working hours is a must.
Responsibilities
As an Insights Analyst you will be at the heart of datadriven decisionmaking working closely with the Research & Insights Manager and the Account Servicing team to transform complex social mainstream media data into clear actionable insights for some of the worlds leading brands. Your role will involve
- Understanding client needs translating business objectives into meaningful report flows.
- Analyzing media intelligence reviewing and interpreting data to uncover trends opportunities and risks.
- Crafting highimpact reports writing concise insightful reports and presentation decks that drive realworld action.
- Ensuring data accuracy reviewing captured datasets and providing feedback to enhance quality.
- Engaging with stakeholders presenting insights to internal teams and clients both in written form and through engaging presentations.
- Delivering on time working with the Research & Insights Manager to ensure reports and presentations are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Strong Thai and English language proficiency with excellent Thai and English writing skills.
- Analytical mindsetable to translate complex data into clear actionable insights.
- Attention to detailconstantly questioning What does this data mean
- Proficiency in data toolsexperience with data visualization dashboards Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables) Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Background in at least one of the following: market research data analytics media monitoring or with social mediaunderstanding of social media marketing or monitoring.
- Agency or clientside experience is an advantage.
- Educational backgroundBachelors Degree College Graduate in Bachelor of English Mass Communication Communication Design Journalism Mass Media or any related courses is a plus.
