As part of our expanding IT security team we seek a skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to enhance vulnerability management security operations and automation. Join us in protecting critical energy infrastructure!
What you will do:
- Perform vulnerability management using Qualys ensuring risk prioritization and remediation.
- Conduct penetration testing with Pentera to assess security controls.
- Develop security automation scripts (Python PowerShell Bash) for efficiency.
- Integrate security tools (Qualys Pentera SIEM SOAR) through APIs and automation.
- Collaborate with IT Cloud and Security teams to enhance security posture.
- Monitor detect and respond to cyber threats using SIEM EDR and SOAR.
What you bring & who you are:
- 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity Operations Vulnerability Management or Penetration Testing.
- Expertise in Qualys security testing and automation scripting.
- Strong understanding of SIEM SOAR EDR and cloud security (Azure AWS GCP).
- Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST ISO 27001 MITRE ATT&CK).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate security risks effectively.
- Proactive and teamoriented mindset to drive security improvements.
