What Youll Be Doing:
Handle inbound and warm outbound calls to seniors whove already requested information.
Build trust quickly through empathy active listening and simple explanations.
Educate clients on Final Expense coverage and find the bestfit solution.
Close sales in a single call or through shortterm followup.
Maintain accurate notes and followup activity in our CRM system.
Collaborate with a supportive team of likeminded closers and mentors.
