Job Description

Role: Data Entry and Intake Coordinator

Location: Remote based in the Philippines

Industry: Medical alert systems industry specifically focusing on Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERS).

Work Hours: 40 hours full time TBD for specific work hours

Package: $

Position Overview:

We are seeking to immediately hire a team of remote Filipinobased Data Entry & Intake Coordinators to support a new government contract rollout. This is a critical and timesensitive hiring initiative we are aiming to bring the core team on board within the next few days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter customer data and account details into our system
  • Perform intake coordination and support onboarding processes
  • Communicate with team members through email and chat
  • Maintain organized records and ensure data consistency

Key Qualifications:

  • Reliable internet connection and backup plan
  • Prior experience in customer intake CRM systems or data entry preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Available for at least 40 hours/week
  • Dependable detailoriented and able to ramp up quickly
