Job Description
Tasks
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and translate business processes into functional specifications.
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules to optimize system performance and user experience.
- Provide enduser training and ongoing support to ensure seamless adoption of the Dynamics 365 platform.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues working closely with developers to implement fixes.
Requirements
- Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 both technical and functional aspects.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fastpaced environment.
- Great communication skills for collaborating with our talented team and clients.
- Proven track record of customizing Dynamics 365 to meet company needs.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies.
