Job Details:
- Location: Pembroke NC 28372
- Shift: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
- Weekly Pay: $2000 $2240
- Manage daily operations of the nursing unit.
- Supervise mentor and evaluate nursing staff.
- Oversee patient care delivery and implement care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments and ensure highquality interventions.
- Ensure compliance with policies procedures and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Active North Carolina RN License.
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
- 35 years of clinical experience including at least 12 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced healthcare environment.
