Key Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Strategic Recruiting Plans Partner with the Recruiting Manager to align recruiting efforts with business goals and organizational growth strategies.
Source and Engage Top Talent Utilize creative sourcing techniques to find passive and active candidates through job boards social media networking events and professional organizations.
Conduct Insightful Interviews Lead phone video and inperson interviews to evaluate candidates skills experience and cultural fit.
Deliver DataDriven Results Analyze recruiting metrics and deliver reports that support continuous improvement and strategic decisionmaking.
Innovate and Improve Recommend new tools processes and strategies to enhance our recruitment efforts and stay ahead of industry trends.
Ensure Regulatory Compliance Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance with DOT regulations and internal HR policies.
Uphold Professionalism and Confidentiality Represent Benore with integrity throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruiter (agency or inhouse) with a strong track record of hiring success.
Excellent communication interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.
Adaptability creativity and a problemsolving mindset.
Passion for identifying top talent and contributing to a highperforming culture.
