Job Summary:
We re looking for a highly organized and detailoriented Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant to support our daytoday operations. This dualrole position is perfect for someone who s comfortable managing finances and also enjoys general office management and supporting a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping:
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting
- Process payroll and manage employee expense reports
- Work with our accountant for tax preparation and annual filings
Administrative Support:
- Manage office operations
- Handle incoming calls emails and other correspondence
- Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships
- Support special projects and other administrative tasks as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Accounting Business or related field
- Experience in industry if relevant e.g. nonprofits small businesses etc.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper and/or administrative assistant
- Proficiency in QuickBook and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
