Job Summary:
We re looking for a highly organized and detailoriented Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant to support our daytoday operations. This dualrole position is perfect for someone who s comfortable managing finances and also enjoys general office management and supporting a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping:

  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting
  • Process payroll and manage employee expense reports
  • Work with our accountant for tax preparation and annual filings

Administrative Support:

  • Manage office operations
  • Handle incoming calls emails and other correspondence
  • Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships
  • Support special projects and other administrative tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Accounting Business or related field
  • Experience in industry if relevant e.g. nonprofits small businesses etc.

Pay: $44000.00 $55000.00 per year

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper and/or administrative assistant
  • Proficiency in QuickBook and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and timemanagement abilities
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
