Job Description

Position: BSA FCB Analyst
Location: Insert Location
Type: FullTime Hybrid
Experience: 1 2 Years in BSA and Foreign Correspondent Banking
Languages: Bilingual (English & Spanish)


About the Role

Join a dynamic team as a BSA FCB Analyst supporting Foreign Correspondent Banking (FCB) operations. This position plays a critical role in compliance data validation customer due diligence and risk mitigation. Youll be responsible for maintaining essential BSA/AML documentation performing ongoing client activity reviews and supporting regulatory requirements in a fastpaced hybrid work environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in collecting and updating ECS Profile Exceptions and ECS Flags for Foreign Correspondent Banks on a monthly basis.

  • Conduct quarterly reviews of RDC and wire transfer activity.

  • Communicate with FCBs to request and analyze relevant documents and input data into internal systems.

  • Review deposited checks through the OFAC database for potential red flags.

  • Prepare monthly FCB Summary Reports and Activity Reports for the Compliance Committee.

  • Maintain complete and organized BSA files including KYC ownership documentation Patriot Act certification licenses and financial statements.

  • Help establish CIF numbers for nonclient records.

  • Stay current on BSA/AML/OFAC compliance practices by attending assigned training and conferences.

  • Complete all assigned compliance training and participate in ongoing education.

  • Support additional duties as required by the BSA FCB Officer or Compliance leadership.



Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience accepted instead of degree.
  • Experience: 1 2 years in BSA and Foreign Correspondent Banking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to detail time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills across all levels.
  • Solid understanding of state and federal banking BSA/AML regulations and operational compliance.
