Job Description

As a ServiceNow SPM Developer you will:

  • Design develop and implement solutions using the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical configurations and customizations.

  • Enhance existing ServiceNow SPM functionalities to align with business objectives and improve performance.

  • Ensure best practices are followed in configuration scripting and integration within the ServiceNow platform.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 6 to 8 years of total experience with strong handson expertise in ServiceNow development.

  • Deep knowledge and working experience with the ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) module.

  • Proven ability to develop scalable and maintainable solutions within the ServiceNow environment.

  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and how SPM fits within a broader enterprise architecture.

You should possess the ability to:

  • Translate complex business processes into robust ServiceNow SPM solutions.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams across different time zones.

  • Maintain highquality code and documentation standards.

  • Work independently and manage priorities effectively in a dynamic project environment.
