I m the direct recruiter for a Groundskeeper/Handyman to support the veteran founder of a growing portfolio of real estate/investment companies! Bixby OK area
Flexible 1st shift Schedule
$20/hour or MORE starting wage Ongoing multidiscipline Opportunity
As fulltime Groundskeeper/Handyman/Personal Assistant supporting the owner of Land Investing Solutions & other companies across the owner s portfolio you ll assist with property upkeep basic handyman work and personal assistant tasks in Bixby OK. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety takes initiative and can handle both physical and administrative responsibilities.
HIGHLIGHTS
General property and yard maintenance (mowing trimming cleaning)
Basic handyman work and light repairs
Vehicle maintenance support (e.g. oil changes tire rotations taking vehicles in for service)
Running errands (e.g. picking up supplies mail groceries)
Coordinating with contractors for specialty repairs or services
Occasional personal assistant tasks and project support
REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience in property maintenance general handyman tasks or related roles
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repairs
Basic computer literacy (email scheduling apps basic task tracking)
Valid driver s license and clean driving record
Strong organizational and time management skills
Must be reliable professional and friendly
30 40 hours/week (flexible based on your availability and our needs)
