Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced CAM Programmer specializing in Siemens NX Fusion 360 Hyper MILL Mastercam or SolidCAM. The ideal candidate will be technically skilled adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic fastpaced aerospace manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize Siemens NX Fusion 360 Hyper MILL Mastercam or SolidCAM to program parts for CNC milling machines lathes and various shop equipment.
Read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical specifications.
Follow verbal instructions accurately and assist with material procurement.
Ensure strict adherence to ITAR AS9100 and OSHA regulatory standards.
Maintain an organized safe and efficient work area.
Provide support for production tasks and assist in equipment maintenance and modifications as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous handson experience with CNC machining processes.
Familiarity with ITAR and AS9100 compliance requirements.
Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.
Experience working in startup or small business growth environments is advantageous.
