This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday; 8am 5pm Oceanside CA
- Includes 1 hour unpaid break

Job Description
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced accountant seeking to evolve their career into the intersection of financial operations and data analytics. As the Financial Accountant you ll take ownership of the company s daytoday accounting operations while also contributing to financial analysis through Excelbased modeling and reporting. Responsibilities
- Manage endtoend accounting operations using QuickBooks
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting
- Process and reconcile financial transactions
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Support monthend and yearend closing procedures
- Contribute to financial planning and analysis through Excelbased modeling
- Perform data entry and maintenance of existing financial models
- Assist in developing and improving financial reporting processes
- Collaborate with leadership team on financial projects and analysis
Requirements
- 4 years of accounting experience required
- Real estate industry experience strongly preferred
- CPAs are preferred but not required
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong English communication abilities
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Detailoriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technical skills
- Experience with financial modeling and data analysis a plus
