This is a remote position.
Train all new caregivers on using the Caryfy app including:
Clocking in and out
Navigating schedules and assigned shifts
Sending and receiving messages through the app
Submitting shift notes and viewing client information
Provide specialized inservice training for Structured Family caregivers covering:
Clockin/out policies specific to the program
Proper documentation and shift note practices
Programspecific guidelines and expectations
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Act as the first point of contact for caregiver issues related to the Caryfy app
Troubleshoot common technical issues (e.g. login errors GPS problems app resets)
Escalate complex issues to the Caryfy support team when needed
Follow up to ensure timely resolution of all technical concerns
Caregiver Credential Management
Input and maintain caregiver credentials and profile information in the Caryfy system
Ensure all records are accurate and up to date
Coordinate with HR to track certifications and ensure timely updates to documentation
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate s or Bachelor s degree preferred
Experience in caregiver onboarding training or administrative support
Strong familiarity with mobile apps and digital platforms; experience with Caryfy or similar apps is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to clearly teach and explain technical processes
Highly organized dependable and detailoriented
Strong customer service and problemsolving abilities
