Work from Home Independent Customer Service & Sales Representative
Living for Tomorrow is hiring remote Independent Contractors to provide customer service and sales support for one of the nation s top sporting goods retailers. If youre passionate about sports love helping people and want the flexibility to work from home this is your opportunity!
Start Dates & Training
Certification Training: April 28 May 16 2025
Earn While You Learn Begins: May 19 2025
- Training Times (Mon Fri):
9:00 AM 1:00 PM ET
6:00 PM 10:00 PM ET
Must attend 100 of training to continue
Pay & Schedule
Earn $11.00/hr (based on serviced intervals)
Flexible scheduling 7 days a week between 8:00 AM 12:00 AM ET
4hour minimum required on weekends
What Youll Do
Help customers with order tracking returns replacements and placing new orders
Answer productrelated questions
Provide support for loyalty/gift cards and store services
Offer toptier customer service with a smile in your voice

Must be a independent contractor
Must pass a background check and photo ID verification
USB hardwired headset with phonequality audio
Dual monitors 19 or larger no laptop screens)
Windows 10 or 11 (fully updated)
Hardwired internet connection (Spectrum Business required if using Spectrum)
Ideal Candidates
Previous call center or customer service experience
Comfortable navigating multiple systems and Microsoft Office
Strong problemsolving and communication skills
Able to type 25 WPM
Familiarity with outdoor sports is a plus!
