Job Description
Our client seeks a skilled Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing negotiation and purchasing of quality materials and services in a costeffective and timely manner. This role requires strategic thinking supplier relationship management and collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing and Procurement
Identify and develop new suppliers
Source and procure materials and services that meet quality and cost requirements
Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers
2. Supplier Management
Develop and manage supplier relationships
Ensure supplier compliance with company policies and regulations
Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback
3. Market Analysis
Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings
Stay updated on changes in market conditions and procurement regulations
4. Procurement Records and Compliance
Maintain accurate and detailed procurement records
Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and company policies
Requirements
3 7 years of procurement experience (manufacturing/renewable energy preferred)
Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Analytical and problemsolving skills
